Dried Fruits

Characteristics

Dried fruits have a high content of carbohydrates in the form of glucose, fructose and sucrose, responsible for their sweet taste and for providing a good dose of energy. Its fiber improves intestinal transit and reduces the level of cholesterol, they are rich in iron, and have notable amounts of calcium. In addition, its beta-carotene content has antioxidant benefits and provides a large volume of potassium and B complex vitamins, fat-soluble vitamin E and other antioxidants.
